Emma is our little monster... actually she is a real sweetheart. She was the Rust Girl from our True litter. She is growing up very quickly and is already bigger than her mom. Emma made her show debut at six and a half months of age and finished her Canadian conformation Championship at ten months with two BOB wins. She is a very fun and easy girl to show and loves to hang out at shows, especially when someone wants to rub her belly. Emma quickly finished her American conformation Championship in only two trips South of the border. She was shown seven times and won majors five of those showings. Thos majors included BOS over Specials and BOW wins. We are extremely proud of her show success. Emma started her 2008 field trial season with a win in a 15 dog derby stake at the Brittany Spaniel Club of Canada field trial. This win earned her her first two points towards her Canadian Field Trial Champion title. We are really excited about how Emma is running and hunting. We're thinking seriously about heading to Booneville, Arkansas in October to compete in the ISCA Futurity. Not only has she been nominated to run in the Futurity but her win qualifies her to run in the Championship! 2007 was also the beginning of
Emma's agility career. She has been working her way through the
beginner agility classes very quickly and shows a lot of drive and
focus. We are very excited about her progress and look forward to
continuing through the different levels of classes until she's ready to
enter the agility ring at her first agility trial. |
